RMIT University Building 201

Building 201 is an 11-storey building located in the RMIT Bundoora West campus. This project involved the upgrade and refurbishment of 10 levels including 3 lecture theatres.

Alchemy Construct was engaged to provide new flooring, painting and RMIT ceiling grids and tiles. The works were conducted under a Honeywell managed Union Site within an operational, live facility. The existing staff and the furniture was not moved, therefore works needed to be completed within a detailed coordinated approach, working around other trades and furniture.
