Fixed Lump SumAlchemy Construct were engaged to complete the office refurbishment of Monash Caulfield Building S, Levels 8 and 9 for the Faculty of Business and Economics.
The works were undertaken in a live environment with tenants occupying both floors, so great care was taken to co-ordinate with the client and stakeholders throughout the tight time-line.
Alchemy demonstrated flexibility and adaptability within the program of works, sequencing works to minimise impact to ongoing business operations.
Level 8’s refurbishment consisted of a two-stage open-plan office refurbishment, new kitchen space, conference room, cutting edge AV/video conference facilities, meeting room, break out space, toilet refresh and lift lobby refurbishment.
