Frankston Cafe Fitout (Building C) Chisholm Institute

The scope included transforming an existing cold shell into a functional, inviting space with new floor finishes, a commercial kitchen, joinery, and upgraded lighting. Externally, works involved new concrete areas, a serving window, fixed furniture, and heating.

Working in collaboration with Gray Puksand and Chisholm Institute, Alchemy’s Minor Works team completed the 160 sqm fit-out in under six months. Strong communication and proactive stakeholder engagement ensured the safety of staff and students throughout the project.

With classes running during all stages of construction, strict processes were implemented to minimise noise, dust, and debris, while all operations were contained within the site perimeter.
