The client sought to provide a street-presence of the foyer retail offerings, with the architectural feature treatments raising the profile of the entry lobby and increasing the commercial presentation to a higher quality of finishes.

Alchemy’s hands-on site management carpentry skills greatly assisted the resolution of the timber batten and other feature elements, with numerous samples and prototypes being produced to assist decision making. The scope also involved all the provisional services for the café operator’s equipment, so their ultimate “bump-in” was seamless and permitted immediate use of the space.
