We’re excited to welcome Jen Marks to the Alchemy team as our new Head of Growth and Strategy. This appointment marks an exciting step forward as we continue to strengthen our pre-construction capability, marketing strategy and how we bring opportunities to life across the business.
Bringing with her over 20 years of experience across the construction industry and a perspective shaped by more than a decade in senior leadership roles, Jen joins us at a truly exciting time in Alchemy’s journey. As the company continues to grow its presence across Victoria, her role will help bring greater focus to how we connect strategy, market insight and opportunity across the business.

In practical terms, this means strengthening the link between how we tell our story, how we understand the market and how we pursue opportunities.
