Few clubhouses are as part of the golf experience as the one at The Barwon Heads Golf Club on Victoria’s Bellarine Peninsula. And this year the Alchemy team is set to make this experience even better.
For a century the clubhouse has greeted visitors to the course and formed a backdrop for the finishing hole. It embodies the characteristics of the quintessential clubhouse, appearing stately in its setting, affording exceptional views of the course, and warmly housing the camaraderie of members and guests.
Nestled among the dunes adjacent the nearby Bass Strait the relationship between the building and the coastal links course is an important characteristic of this golf club and is something that works undertaken by Alchemy will strengthen.

A little known fact about our Estimating team – we’ve got a PGA Tour Champion among us! Nathan Holman, our Estimator, has graced the fairways of the PGA Tour of Australasia, the European Tour, and the Asian Tour. In 2015, he clinched the prestigious Australian PGA Championship title, adding a touch of golfing glory to our team!

Together with Demaine Partnership the works will enhance the clubhouse facilities and improve its functionality so that it meets the evolving needs of the club’s membership and its guests — while the comprehensive renovations will carefully preserve the heritage elements that make the clubhouse a cherished landmark.
