News & Press — Building Momentum: Three Alchemy Projects Recognised at the Master Builders Awards Victoria
Alchemy is celebrating big news! Three of our game-changing projects have been nominated in the Master Builders Awards Victoria.
It’s an exciting moment for our team and our partners and a powerful reflection of what happens when purpose, collaboration and craft come together.
At the Alfred Hospital, East Block Upgrade, our team delivered major infrastructure in the middle of one of Victoria’s busiest hospitals, without disrupting care for a single patient. A new sub-acute ward, upgraded services and improved circulation pathways now support better outcomes every day.
The RMIT Trades and Innovation Centre – Victoria’s first trades innovation centre – shows what’s possible when ambition and agility meet. Delivered in just 10 months, this future-focused space is reshaping how emerging trades learn, problem-solve and build their careers.
At the Alfred Lane House Infectious Diseases Centre, our accelerated six-month delivery brought to life a world-class environment for research, treatment and collaboration. With 100+ workspaces, new ward rooms and a full M&E upgrade, it’s a project built to support the health of our community well into the future.
As we look ahead, we remain focused on delivering work that drives progress where it matters most. We’re incredibly proud of the teams behind these projects, their dedication, precision and problem-solving have been instrumental in bringing each build to life.
