Three projects, three honours – proving what’s possible when purpose and precision come together

Alchemy is proud to celebrate a standout night at this year’s AIB Awards, taking home three accolades across some of our most impactful and technically demanding projects.

Our Excellence Award for the RMIT Trades and Innovation Centre recognises a first-of-its-kind facility delivered in just ten months – a project that sets a new benchmark for future-focused learning spaces.

We also earned a Commendation for the Alfred Lane Infectious Diseases redevelopment, completed within a live clinical environment under intense logistical and safety requirements. The result: fast delivery, zero compromise and a space that strengthens critical healthcare capacity.

Rounding out the trio, a Commendation for the Alfred Health East Block L4 & L5 upgrade highlights our ability to deliver major infrastructure seamlessly under pressure, ensuring continuity, quality and care in every detail.
