Our People

What started as a passion to build a modern, energetic, game changing construction business has quickly grown into a fast paced vibrant organisation with an incredible team of hard working individuals.
Each were hand picked for their skills, their personalities and because they reflect all the things we care about - hard work, skill, positivity, passion, loyalty and going the extra mile.

Without these people Alchemy would not be what it is.

Jamie Nicolson

Jamie’s business dreams began from the comfort of his own home, and he has grown them to create an award winning, innovative construction company. Jamie's professionalism and sense of humour has attracted likeminded individuals to work for him and alongside him, allowing him to acquire an experienced team with ‘can do’ attitudes.

Jamie formed Alchemy after many years working in the industry. He realised he wanted to develop a new age game changing construction company with a positive, skilled enthusiastic team that would go 'the extra mile’.
