RMIT Connect represented a streamlined approach to providing university student services. Following the successful implementation of the service within the main City Campus, the university sought to introduce it at both the Brunswick and Bundoora Campuses. As part of the project, staff were provided with new bespoke desks, a cutting edge feature which promotes collaboration, new consulting rooms and overall a more interactive student service area. Our team was involved from the cost saving discussions through to handover stage. The project involved cost saving design optimisation and was completed in a tight timeframe.
