The HardChat – a series where we ask our team members the questions that others may be too nervous to ask.
After watching the ABC series, ‘You Can’t Ask That’ we got to thinking, what are some of those tricky questions that people out of the construction industry may want to ask someone working in the construction industry? From this thought, The HardChat was born!
Within this series, we sit down with a number of our team members to ask those questions that some may be too nervous, or feel are too out-of-the-box to pose.
Our first willing participants are our Design Managers/Project Engineers, Krysti and Sarah. We sat down with them to find out what it’s really like, as women, to work in a largely male dominated industry, as well as the truth when it comes to the relationship between architects and builders – plus much more!
